NanoLab at Aalborg University

NanoLab at AAU is centered around our 1000 m2 clean room and the equipment there in. The physical location is at Department of Physics and Nanotechnology but NanoLab functions as a independent unit under The Faculty of Engineering and Science.

Besides the research internal to AAU, Nanolab is meant as a direct access for public and private companies to our equipment and clean room as well as expert advice and cooperations involving micro- and nanotechnology. Thus we can offer access to both our equipment and staff on a hourly basis or longer projects.

Through our location at the Deparment of Physics and Nanotechnology we have a strong background in optics, materials and molecular engineering and have acces to a wide range of expertise in other areas through our cooperation with other deparments and universities.
